A menu full of innovation and tradition

Welcome to the AMEN Ramen Pop-Up Event, a culinary journey full of tradition and innovation. The focus is on head chef Felix Adebahr , whose culinary expertise comes from renowned star restaurants such as the Esszimmer and Tantris. For this special event, Felix Adebahr has developed an innovative menu that pushes the boundaries of traditional Japanese cuisine and presents new flavor combinations on the finest Nymphenburg porcelain.

The multi-course evening menu or the shortened lunch menu with additional intermediate courses will include meat and fish dishes and will be accompanied by a carefully curated wine and sake accompaniment. Non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment is also available. Local partners such as Fischzucht Birnbaum, KINARA Gemüse, Zollner Gemüsegärtnerei, Gutshof Polting und Familie Kranz, Weinfurore and Aged Sake provide the high-quality ingredients for this gastronomic experience.

The Ramenfaktur , Germany's first manufacturer of fresh and locally produced ramen noodles, is the basis for this experience. Produced with the best Bavarian organic wheat flour and Japanese noodle machines, the manufacturer was founded two years ago and has since worked with a large number of renowned restaurants and chefs. Co-founder Carsten Röhr is also the co-initiator of the pop-up and inspired Felix Adebahr as a "ramen ambassador" in creating the menu.

The Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory , with over 275 years of tradition, provides the perfect backdrop for this gastronomic experience. The artisanal masterpieces form a symbiosis with the dishes and give the evening a unique aesthetic.

The organization and communication support of the AMEN pop-up is the responsibility of the team from Rocka Studio , a Munich-based creative agency that specializes in communication in the luxury segment. Under the leadership of Hannah and Maximilian Ostermeier, Rocka Studio has already successfully implemented projects in the content area with all partners.
